Welcome to the Belmont and South Cheam Residents' Association website.

On this site you will find information about the association and its members, together with a variety of links to other services, many of which are run by the Council.

BSCRA has been in existence for over 30 years and has over 2000 members in the Belmont and South Cheam area.  In the past we have been available to help members by phone and have published Newsletters twice a year to give you information about what is happening in our area.  This website complements this service, and now offers a major new facility whereby members can share local information with each other via the forum, rather like a community noticeboard.

Increasingly we are being used as a consultative body by the Council and the Forum feature will also enable us to collect and collate your views on consultation requests quickly and pass them on.  Please use the Local Matters Forum to post questions about any local issues that matter to you.

While many items are available directly from the website, the Association's Newsletter, which is only available to subscribed members, will not initially be available on this site, but can be delivered to you via email if you Subscribe.  Of course, paper copies will also be available through our network of local Road Stewards.

Subscribing members will also receive interim e-Bulletins via email.  These will NOT be distributed as paper copies, although the twice yearly newsletter will carry any useful information that these Bulletins contained.
